Sweet Chinese inspired marinade for salmon. Make sure not to marinade this for too long as the salt will start to cook the fish!
- 120g Salmon Fillet
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Combine ingredients and marinate salmon fillet in a seal-able plastic bag in the fridge for 30 minutes making sure the whole fillet is covered.
- Place on a baking dish uncovered and cook for 20 minutes.
- If you want to reduce calories even further then try substituting the honey for sugar free maple syrup!
